The Buena Vista Farmers Market is a project of the CCFA. This year the market has a new home and time Thursday mornings in McPhelemy Park tucked in between Cottonwood Creek and Hwy 24 in Buena Vista, CO.
Against the backdrop the cottonwood trees and the mighty Collegiate Peaks mountain range the market provides entertainment, local history and a diverse selection of products.

Kids find ample opportunity for play while their parents shop for tasty produce and unique local goods.

Hello. I am a writer and artist living in Durango, and I am currently working with Rick Scibelli, publisher of Edible San Juan Mountains, to create a guide to farmer’s markets, food and wine-related events, and CSAs in Southwest Colorado. I would love to be kept abreast of happenings in your area so we can list them in our directory. Thanks so much for putting this information online; it is a wonderful resource and has been very helpful. If you know of anyone who may wish to be listed in this publication, or who might benefit from my professional freelance writing/bloggin services, please pass along my contact information.
Sincerely Yours,
Molly Anderson- Childers
